teleNetwork recognizes individuals, dependents, married couples, and domestic partners as eligible participants in any of our health plans. Eligible employees can enroll in a PPO health plan through UnitedHealthcare’s Choice Plus Network. There are two plans offered. One has RX and office visit co-pays, a $2,000 deductible and 80% coinsurance.
The other is a High Deductible Health Plan that does not have co-pays, a $3,000 deductible, 70% coinsurance and offers a Health Savings (HSA) account option. A Health Savings Account is a tax advantaged personal savings account that you can use to pay for medical expenses. HSA’s are good for several reasons: You don’t pay taxes on contribution made via payroll deductions; you can take it with you if you find new employment; and you decide how to spend the money. You must be enrolled in a HDHP to have a HSA account.

No complaints at all. The health insurance provided is either equal to or greater then much larger companies.

Too expensive, just that... you are better off having no health insurance in general if you compare hourly pay to compensation, cmon man..

As stated before, insurance was made mandatory. It was either useless, or very expensive for someone only making 10.25 an hour and telenetwork going out of their way to not pay the employees overtime.

The copay's are outrageous and so is the monthly payment.
