teleNetwork recognizes individuals, dependents, married couples, and domestic partners as eligible participants in any of our health plans. Eligible employees can enroll in a PPO health plan through UnitedHealthcare’s Choice Plus Network. There are two plans offered. One has RX and office visit co-pays, a $2,000 deductible and 80% coinsurance.
The other is a High Deductible Health Plan that does not have co-pays, a $3,000 deductible, 70% coinsurance and offers a Health Savings (HSA) account option. A Health Savings Account is a tax advantaged personal savings account that you can use to pay for medical expenses. HSA’s are good for several reasons: You don’t pay taxes on contribution made via payroll deductions; you can take it with you if you find new employment; and you decide how to spend the money. You must be enrolled in a HDHP to have a HSA account.

The insurance is a lot considering it doesn't cover much.

I did not use teleNetwork's health insurance plan. I did not buy into it as I had it through another employer.

Very stingy - basically only good for employee-only coverage. If you add any family coverage, you wouldn't receive a paycheck because you'd probably owe them money after subtracting the price of the insurance from your nearly minimum-wage pay!

Expensive for a family to be covered. Pretty much anything other than a single employee is cost prohibitive.
