if your group allows it they are open to it.

They don't pay for your home office expenses, even if you're classified as a remote worker.

Working from home was good but clients required 24x7x365 work.

working from home is very easy

Remote work is at discretion of manager. Oracle no longer reimburses for internet expenses for remote staff, and does not provide desk, chair or any work equipment other than a computer. Mobile phone service can be obtained on company plan, but employees must purchase their own phones.

Many office locations. Ability to work virtually from anywhere

There isn't much work in the BU I was at, so WFH or WFO was the same

Didnt have any issues about working from home.
