Can't work from home unless you are a Field Rep

In support, it is generally not allowed. During harsh weather conditions, this is brutal because they force you to risk your life to come in to take calls which is completely ridiculous. However, I proved myself to be a good and trustworthy employee and fought for my right to work from home. Since then, it had been great. I understand that most other departments are permitted to work from home without an issue.

As a manager i was able towork from home when necessary.

Work from Home benefit allowed great flexibility

Depends on your team. My team allows only 1 day a week. But there are people who work from home all 5 days.

Oracle would much rather you bear the burden of office expense than be a regular in their facilities.

this is a great benefit but it really depends on your manager and your line of work - some teams are very flexible

Best part of the job perk, they give you everything, pay for internet, cell phone, PC etc.
