Lots of hoops to jump through for certain things and the fact it covers a $10k-12k female procedure but the male $600-1000 version is 100% out of pocket blows my mind. You get some auto cash in the HSA each year though it's not going to grow to where you'll be safe for a few years if you don't add to it, they also offer an FSA.

Health insurance is average - outside of Utah, you are on Aetna. Premiums are partially covered. You do get an HSA contribution, but it's lower than my previous employer's.
