20 days PTO, Unlimited Sick Days, Fun Activities, Flexible Schedule, Experience Bonus, Great Managers!!

Cons

Day to day can be repetitive and success depends on accounts

Pros

Great team. In general, it seems like everybody you work with is fairly competent and kind.

Cons

Poor upper management. Sales org dominates decisions and business drives "improvements" (development) without consulting system teams. IT org has suffered a lot of turnover.
