We want to empower our employees to do their best work–when and how they want to do it. To support this, the majority of employees are able to work in a hybrid role. Rather than mandating a company-wide number of days in the office, each department and their teams are deciding when they come into the offices based on the nature of their work and what will enable them to be most productive and engaged.
We’re here to get it right, not to be right. We’ll continue to learn together, use our own platform to regularly check what’s working and continually tune our work experience approach. The goal is for the experience to keep getting better and better!
