Health insurance premiums constantly increasing early. You would think a company who is self insured wouldn't be making money off of it's employees. That they would give them a better premium rate to draw and keep employees there.

The premiums are not outrageous for a large company and there are four levels of insurance that can be purchased. Would like to see the company totally pay for the employee's insurance at least at the base level, but they don't.
