Health insurance is costly and the options are limited. Happy to have it!

United Healthcare or Blue Cross Blue Shield is the choice. VERY high deductibles and high premiums.

You hope you don't get sick since the deductibles are sky high.

Horrible. Horribly expensive and doesn't cover very much.

The cost and deductibles increase every year. That with minimal raises makes it more expensive to work for them each year.

Premium cost went up 92% across the board going into the 2014 year. Afraid to see the percentage increase going into 2015.

They have many different health plans, health savings accounts, and flexible saving account. Their are many benefits to choose from but with the high priced deductions from ones check and the low wages that they pay it's rough for many to provide for a family. Just because many benefits are available doesn't mean that they pay accordingly to the job and intern one can barely pay the high cost of basic health insurance unless you are single living at home with mom and dad. Just a job, not a career.
