Best thing about it is that you get about 10 vacation days or so. But worst part is it takes forever to accrue anymore, and you only accrue days throughout the year based on how many hours you work. So at the beginning of each you have no days, but as you work you accrue them based on how many hours you work. Basically it takes all 12 months of the year to receive the full 10 days vacation credits, but should you leave before then you have to pay the vacation time used back.
