Finance has a flexible vacation policy, which is not accrued or earned. Basically, use as much vacation time as you need so long as you do not abuse it. However, because it's not accrued RRD does not pay out unused vacation or sick time if an employee in Finance leaves. Plant Labor workers are on a different accrual based vacation policy. Generally people end up taking the same amount of vacation as a result. 2-3 weeks.

It you don't use it you lose it. A payout at end of year for unused would be nice.
