There is no sick time, it is at manager's discretion. You start out with two weeks after six months, but only get normal holiday pay prior to the six months, then pro-rated for the remainder of the year at the rate of two weeks per year. At five years you get a third week, which is nice, but you get nothing at ten years and have to work fifteen years to get the fourth week. Other than normal holidays and one floating holiday and your vacation pay, the time off is really not sufficient.

The company offers 2 weeks paid time off at beginning employment. 3 weeks at the 5 year mark and 4 weeks at the 15 year mark.

Average. Best thing is they honor your previous years of employment with them.

The worst thing about the paid time off is that the company give the employees 10 days for the entire year

There is vacation but like most companies when you come back the days off worth of work is still waiting for you to complete.

Columbia sc location you can never use vacation time at Christmas or thanksgiving the weeks are blacked out as of 2+ years ago. Not fair for senior workers. You get Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Flat 2 weeks for 5 years or under. 3 weeks at 5 years. Pretty crappy in my opinion
