Very limited employee discounts. Only offer 10% on Safeway brands, and some items such as Ranchers Reserve meats are not included.

They offer 10% off of any Safeway branded product excluding meat and dairy. Feeding a family of three and selecting Safeway products most of the time, at least if they are comparable in quality and price to other brands, I save about $10/month. $120 per year.

the discount is little to nothing. I still shop there since its the closest store, but asa customer i feel i ave more benefits than as i did as an employee

Ehh.. only get %10 off of consumer brands
