I never really took part in this, but from what I heard the options were nice, and if the company cleans up its act might be worth something one day. They have very specific windows in which you can buy options though.

What a Joke... They want you to buy their stock... Never saw the shares above six dollars in more than four years... currently hovering at about two fifty... glad I didn't buy in at six....
