$300/person/month is rediculously expensive considering the amount we make. I figured a company with offices around the world would have better health care but apparently, they priced it so it's only affordable to provide for a family if you're senior management.

Offer great benefits but not affordable when compared to your hourly rate. When hired I was lead to believe that benefit packages were offered as a group discounted rate but later found out that health care was not affordable and not offered at discounted rates.
