Regence Blue Cross of UT Depending on which option you choose, you're not going to have much coverage, high premiums and high deductible.

High deductible and cost. Could only use for emergencies.

Way too expensive for what you get. The plan is completely unaffordable for the vast majority of employees, especially how low salaries are.

$300/person/month is rediculously expensive considering the amount we make. I figured a company with offices around the world would have better health care but apparently, they priced it so it's only affordable to provide for a family if you're senior management.

Offer great benefits but not affordable when compared to your hourly rate. When hired I was lead to believe that benefit packages were offered as a group discounted rate but later found out that health care was not affordable and not offered at discounted rates.

It's affordable for the low wages you'll make upon starting you career with Teleperformance
