Horrible health insurance. One month after I was hired and as I became eligible for the health insurance plan, I was diagnosed with a very serious illness which was NOT covered under the company's bare-bones plan. The nearest hospital to our call center was also NOT a member of the plan, which was ridiculous. After the Affordable Care Act went into effect, I tried asking our HR rep if the company planned to change its plan (which I believe it was legally required to do, since the company had more than 50 employees and we were all full-time employees). She said she didn't think they were going to (!). If I could give no stars, I would.
