Job Training

Training was the best part of the job, 4 weeks paid training with awesome trainers.

It was good for the most part but the real training just come from taking real calls.

The trainers could be more professional

to many tests no related to work , not very practical When entered floor I was very disoriented and Tl and manager did not help to resolve issues

Training was good. Wish it was longer and there was more hands on experience.

They need to make training more life like, and have more training on real situations.

There was many things wrong with the training process which I've included in my review.

Content is usually good. But it's typically quite disorganized and confusing.

Teletech's training is a complete waste of time, they would do better to just have you nesting on the floor the whole time but the training is partially controlled by the clients, which I honestly think they use as an excuse.
