Job Training

Job training is done well if you have the right training supervisor assigned to your program. I always requested my favorites so I never saw any issues.

The best thing about the training is that you're not taking calls when dealing with their sub par computer equipment. The worst is the training does not provide you with the info needed to perform the job. This is in part to the high turnover rate and the fact that few people are there long enough to know what they are doing let alone train 20+ people.

There is a decent training for the specifics of the job as well as some soft skills. Training will not prepare you for achieving your bonuses though as attendance is treated as if your PTO(Paid Time Off) actually works. It does not.
