Job Training

It is available, but course content is limited and training is not a central focus of TeleTech.

2 weeks of training one week of nesting pretty good but until your actually on the phone you have no idea whats oing on

Extensive paid training and continued development. They really care about their employees being well-equipped for the job role.

Our trainer was awesome! He was easy to understand and would stay after to make sure something made sense. He was one of the best trainers I have ever had. He made what we were learning part of a game time at the end of the day to make sure we were retaining what we were learning. If only the supervisors out on the floor were as awesome as he was, the job would have been a keeper regardless of the difficulty in getting a raise.

The trainer was a nice person. We fell behind because the trainer did not communicate assignments appropriately.

The trainer we had in the first two weeks was young and had energy. Very efficient and thourough

Training was ok. Periodically was updated.

The training department has it pretty well together.
