it was intense but fun

They gave me a 3 week training which was way off a training that was actually required at the job!

The initial training for health insurance was good. I was say 8/10. But after that contract was up we did customer service and that was horrible. The first day out of training no one, including the team leads or trainers knew what the hell they were doing.

Most of the time systems are down and/or we do not have proper access to our most used systems to obtain proper training.

Good in preparing for health insurance agent licensing. Less helpful when preparing for incoming calls during Open Enrollment for Medicare. Presentation was too fast, with little time for review or coaching to help with problems.

we need to spend more time with trainees and get them to fully understand the system and if they dont then have a one on one with them. Bad for a customer have to make repeated phone calls just because that one person didnt know what to do to handle there call or was given wrong info from a chat coach

Excellent training team. most have been very helpful with helping me succeed.

There was decent amount of training

Excellent training program offered and very precise. .

Depended on project. Management training very good. Project training erratic. I'd been asked to put together a class at the same time I was training it. Materials were sparse and dated.
