The managers didn't spend much time training the employees and led to people teaching themselves with wasn't too bad it just led to alot of mistakes.

My role had a manager that is there 1 day a week, at best, and is mostly worried about another site. Received no training, computer "training" is what to do and not to do, it is not training for improvement as an employee. Did not have a boss in more than a year that was encouraging to me wanting to work harder or more diligently. Felt suppressed and was often told to not try new things.

This is typical of these places. Training means an hour or two. Even though they reserve 3 days for training, you're done training within the first 2 hours.
