Interview and orientation paint a clear picture of what the job will be like. On-the-job instruction teaches you how to collect signatures for business deliveries and organize packages on the truck according to label numbers. My driver was very nice and told me about what it's like working in other positions with UPS as well.

Used to be good. Now, horrible. Kids have no clue what they are doing and then often loaders are AWFUL. We had to memorize the codes etc.. they don't now.
