USAA has excellent training programs. They actually go overboard but more is more so that's good. Bad thing is that the instructors all "drink the Kool-aid" so just ignore that and don't believe all the hype you hear from the instructors. They're paid really well to come back after retirement to teach classes a few days a week. Corporate keeps the instructors happy to give employees the impression that USAA is the most amazing company ever. Kool Aid.
