There was none, they do not offer this benefit for the vast majority of people working for them.

It sounds like a great bonus but it really isn't

In February we get 16% of our pre-tax earnings for the prior year- it’s a very nice bonus. Enough to put down a payment on a new car, or buy a car. Be sure to be at work as much as possible in order to maximize this benefit. There’s also a holiday bonus in December.

In our department, unfortunately, this criteria for bonus changed so often that it was hard to keep up with and definitely hard to attain.

Bonus by percentage for all employees when company profitable. Managers who play candy crush, chit chat with each other, and go home ealy get more than reps who get screamed at by members all days.

Most employees receive it after 1 full calendar year of service. But if you have one bad year and do not meet or exceed expectations, you do not get your bonus of 18% of your salary no matter how hard you work your rear end off.

Performance bonus is nice. People think other companies don't give bonuses. That may be true of call centers, but in staff areas and corporate, we are receiving a peanut butter spread, and because usaa never fires or punishes everyone, and nobody ever gets more bonus, it's weird that we all get the same.
