You can watch their videos BUT the most helpful are the teacher youtube videos you will find!! Just type in "vipkid interview" or "vipkid lessons" or "vipkid help" anything like that! (that's how I found my teachers)

You are kinda on your own. I had to get on facebook groups to ask questions about things that weren't stated by VIPKID. They do provide videos for you to watch.

There are numerous workshops offered free of charge. These are totally voluntary. If you want to take them, they are there. If you don't want to take them, it is no big deal.
