Bonuses targets are significant and they are tied to company and individual performance. They are used as an opportunity to reward higher performers.

The bonus happens once a year, in February. It's based on metrics across the nation. If you are a leading performer among ALL of your peers in your call group, you'll get a nice bonus. (About 2,000.) If you are performing, you'll get about 1000-1500. If you are developing, you get nothing. So you could be ranked 1st in your center, but be performing nationwide. It gets very frustrating.

It was good but after T-mobile start taking away a lot for Verizon customers then change the commission structure to make you achieve the minimum and never make like before.

Bonus was fair and more fair for some then others. Performance, attendance, position, and leadership determines bonus.

Performance bonus other than commission is not something you can really move the needle on, as it is based across the entire region. It's nice to get the bonus though, A BAE gets 3000 and top management gets 20,000,000! Yay.

It's massive for higher-ups. For peons it's pretty much the only reason they stay there
