I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Sydney) in Mar 2025
Interview
Very easy and simple. After the application, I did a phone interview + in person interview, and I was offered one day afterwards. Very surprised by how quick the timeframes were as all of this unfolded over just around one week.
Very easy interview process. I had a group interview and tour of the building. Then we did a one on one interview that lasted only a couple minutes to go over availability.
Questions were very peculiar,
“what is your interpretation of ALDI?”
“when you think if ALDI, what product comes to mind?”
“What is ALDI’s place in world”
Guy was nice but the questions were very unique.
