Interview
Quite drawn out to be honest there are 3 different stages before you get offered a job role. I was offered a lower job role than I applied for even though the area manager and store manager sad I was more than qualified for the job I applied for! Hopefully they are true to their word and I begin management training after 6 weeks
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Wolverhampton, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
Group interview with 7 other people. We had to prepare a presentation in 15 minutes, and although the task itself was not challenging, the other people interviewing hogged all of the minutes and spoke over me and others constantly. They should've done one-on-one interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
One to one initial interview and then Aldi experience on a different day - one to one with Aldi store manager. This involved further questions and walk around the store.
