The interview started off pretty standard. I applied online and received a request for a phone interview with the next available slot a week later. The phone interview lasted about a half hour, with a mixture of situational and experience based questions.
A week and a half later there was a request for an in person interview, which lasted four half hour rounds. A week and a half after that I received an email letting me know they were no longer considering me for the role.
What struck me is the lack of accessibility from HR/recruiting during the process. It is very clear they are going through a hiring burst that they are not staffed to handle, as it is impossible to receive a response when asking for feedback or a hiring timeline. After dragging out the process, it is important to consider your candidates as they balance other offers and interviews. (And please get rid of the typos in your rejection email!)
