I applied online. I interviewed at Agero

      Interview

Firs there was a phone interview, which was pretty easy. Then, I had to go to Agero for a interview in person where they do ask a lot of questions. Then they walk you through the call center and let you listen to a call to help you get a feel for it and see if you are still interested. They said the last thing they would do is the background check.

Very detailed interview. The interviewer was very kind and helpful with every question I had! She went over everything that was important to the job in great detail. She then made sure that I didnt have any questions or issues.

      Response Associate Interview

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Agero (Blountville, TN) in Jan 2017

      Interview

The first part of the interview is a phone interview, should you be successful in the phone interview portion they will set you up for an in person interview right then. If they tell you they will call you back, you failed the interview. The in person interview involves sitting with an agent listening in on calls for about 30 minutes, at which point a recruiter will come and get you. They will then go over every job you ever had wanting to know why you left and what your job duties were, should you get lucky, the recruiter will speak English well enough that you can both be understood. The interview portion is very generic, if you have been to an interview anywhere in the last 6 months it is the exact same type of questions.

Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
