      Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative Interview

      Jul 30, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Tucson, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Agero (Tucson, AZ) in Mar 2011

      Interview

The Interview process is easy. First they give you a call to hear how you sound over the found after submitting your application, and taking a timed computer test.(You typically recieve this call within 1-2 weeks). Then they call you into the site for an in-person interview, which at this point youve pretty much gotten the job. All questions asked are standard interview questions, such as name a difficult situation, and how you helped to solve it? etc etc.

      Question 1

There were no difficult or unexpected questions during the interview. I was asked what I like to do for fun? Which was the only break away from the standard interview questions.
