Interview
The interview process consists of several small interviews. The first is a phone interview, during which you are asked several questions regarding previous employment. It is a standard phone interview. The second interview is a typing/software test taken at the office. The third interview is a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager or HR recruiter. The interview set-up may vary.

What was a mistake that you made at a previous job and did you take responsibility for it?
easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

what makes you a good fit? tell us about your prevois work experiences?
it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
