I was contacted by CCAS through a job website. I was given a very brief interview by the Recruiter, briefly inquiring about my sales experience. From there, after relaying positive recommendations by the Recruiter to her Superior, I was scheduled an interview with a panel of two Supervisors that worked within the networking team. I then was told in two days time I would receive an email notifying me whether or not I would be called back for a second time to interview with the Director and a Manager.

The interview was very straightforward! You start off with a brief meeting talking to somebody from the HR office about the job title. After that, you meet with people at different levels within your department. They ask you a few questions that are mostly behavioral. They're looking for applicants who are hardworking and agreeable. Then you end the interview with a person from HR. My interview lasted about an hour or so. Very friendly and warm individuals! You could tell they interact almost as family.
