I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Agero (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied online from California. Did the computer test first. Next day got a call scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview was rescheduled. The phone interview was easy asking standard questions. She said I did excellent with my phone interview & to call when I arrived to Tucson AZ to schedule a face to face interview . When I arrived a interview was scheduled . Among arriving to the interview I was put out onto the calling floor listening to calls to understand the job. I loved it . Then I was brought into an office and the interview started. It was fairly easy but some questions were hard. I was kind of told I got the job by him telling me when my background check passed I would start training on Monday. No questions haha. He was very nice though. I enjoyed the whole process .

Question 1
What is the difference between sympathy and empathy?
easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.
