I first submitted a cover letter online through their website. Next I heard back from a recruiter who scheduled an interview with me. After that email, I was contacted for another phone interview with a member of the team that I was applying to. Next, I was contacted for a 3 part interview (each half an hour, so an hour in total) with other members on the team. After that, I waited about 2 weeks before I received a call with an offer.

Long process, but worth the wait. 4+ months of interviews, but I had a good sense of the position and the team I was joining by the time I got an offer.
