Ally Financial Financial Analyst interview questions

The interview process was very seamless and smooth. I applied online and within one week I received an email invitation to a virtual video interview. There was 3-4 questions where I had to record an answer on camera. Once I completed this, I was sent another email a week later inviting me to a two hour Zoom interview with four leader on the team. I was given the opportunity to introduce myself with each of the leaders and then asked several behavioral questions. I was given the opportunity to learn more about the role, and also ask any questions I had. Everyone on the second interview was extremely nice and professional. After the second interview I received a job offer about 1.5 weeks later. The recruiter called me to extend the offer and then went over the benefits/salary/and next steps in the process. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend the recruiting process with Ally.
