The interview process was extremely disorganized and time consuming with 4 interviews(!) spread over 4 weeks. The first 3 interviews were with the same level of management and were a repeat of each other so there seemed to be very little communication within the team. No one knew who I had spoken with beforehand nor how many interviews I had already had. Additionally, I had to follow-up numerous times with recruitment about the outcome of each interview. The whole process seemed really disorganized. I felt uneasy about what the role itself would actually entail and the company culture since this was their first impression.
