I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Magna, UT) in May 2015
Interview
Very few in depth questions. They wanted bodies on the call floor to answer calls. There really wasn't a lot of inquiry. The whole interview probably took less than 15 minutes and most of that was because I had several questions about benefits among other things. The benefits package ask described was decidedly poor but has improved quite a bit in recent months.

Interview
The recruitment agent lady who interviewed me was very fair. She asked me a few questions on the phone which I could tell was a pre interview. Before the actual interview they make you take a test, and most people I referred did not pass but I did not think it was that hard.
