I recently went through a three-round interview process with this company over the span of a month, including a TA screening, a hiring manager panel, and a final round with directors.
While the initial stages moved relatively quickly, communication completely broke down after the final interview. I was left without updates for two weeks and had to actively reach out to the recruiter to get any feedback. I later found out they went with an internal candidate.
To make matters worse, when I later applied for similar openings, I was told to look for roles better aligned with my experience. This was highly contradictory, given that their own team had just vetted me and advanced me all the way to the final executive round. The lack of internal alignment and poor candidate care during the final stage was very disappointing
