Literally the interview lasted less than 5 minutes. I introduced myself to the interviewer, she introduced herself to me. We sat down in her office and she asked two questions, Why should they hire me, and to tell her something about myself that's not on my resume. After I gave her my responses to both questions she said "Great, I really think you'll be a great addition to the team and I would like to move you to the next part of the interview process." We left her office walked across the hall and I was in a room full of other possible candidates for the position, we all had to do an assessment while waiting. A few minutes later the boss came in and gave us a presentation on what we'll be doing. We filled out a questionnaire after the presentation and was told that we would get a call the next day to come in for a second interview. Literally after leaving the parking lot, I got a call confirming my second interview. Second interview, I met with the other boss and she gave me a piece of paper and said, "Write down all the questions you want to ask about the company and I will answer them for you right now." Did that and she answered my questions, then she offered me two routes I could take to start working for the company, I chose the quickest route which is getting a temp license. We then reviewed my plan for success and I signed on the dotted line. She then directed me to her assistant to set up my fingerprinting and background appointment and gave me the script to memorize. I have script checks every day and training starts Monday.
