BambooHR interview questions

The initial interview process was very quick. Submitted my application, completed Hireview, and had an in-person interview within a week. Another week went by and I was turned down for the job. Two weeks later, the position I had interviewed for was posted again. I reached out to the hiring manager asking for a second look which was graciously given a week later along with an assignment. I invested several hours into the assignment, but sadly another week after I submitted it, I was automatically disqualified from consideration because I had others look over my work - a requirement unmentioned by the hiring manager. I understand why, but also appreciate the value of collaboration in the workplace. I just wish I had known. I'm grateful for the extra consideration given by the hiring manager, but ultimately disappointed that proper expectations were not communicated thus leading to an automatic disqualification. A result of this experience, I will be recommending others to think twice before applying to BambooHR. I'm not sure people will want to work for a company that finds fault in others for their own failure to communicate.

1. Complete online application. 2. Meet with recruiter who goes over any questions you have and briefly describes the next steps, job, and company. 3. Complete an online HireVue interview. 4. Get called in for an in-person interview (or they can accommodate a satellite interview such as through GoogleHangouts if needed). 5. Before the in-person interview, the recruiter does a tour of the office, explaining BambooHR more in-depth, different positions, and goes over your questions you might have. You also meet with random individuals where they talk candidly about their experiences as well as any questions you have. 6. In-person interview is with 1-2 individuals. 7. Get hired! They send you an awesome on-boarding packet via email that is from their software to help you get to know your team and for the company to get to know you better.
