BambooHR interview questions

I applied online and later received an email and call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was with the hiring manager. He was open and candid, just what I was hoping for in an interview. The phone interview went really well. We had a great conversation that was initially lead by the interviewer, and then handed it over to me to ask questions. His explanations were thorough and thought out. I was then invited for a second interview to meet the product team. Like the first interview this one also was great. I was taken on a tour of BambooHR by a recruiter who introduced me to a lot of people, he stopped random people and had them tell me what it is like to work for Bamboo. The Product Team then interviewed me for about 45 minutes. They were really easy to talk to and helped me feel comfortable. They asked good, tough behavioral based questions. I was impressed by all of them. I was not offered the position because of a lack of experience they needed in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD), but they encouraged me to keep applying because I was a good culture fit. Really good experience, I would do it over again. They kept me in the loop, the recruiter kept me upto date and informed. They were very helpful and motivational.

Interview process was great in the beginning until it got to the final round. They asked me to send my availability so that we could schedule a final round interview in person at the office. I sent in the email and two weeks later, no response. I'm assuming that I didn't get the role but being an HR software company, I'm surprised by the lack of responsibility and disorganization. Really left a bad taste of the company.
