Interview process was really pleasant. I had to pass online assesment and then I was asked to come in a bank to an interview. There were 2 people, one of them was taking notes and the second one was asking me questions (there were 6 questions). They were really nice and I wasn't under pressure.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Initial application form asking general basic questions about myself and then Psychometric test numerical and verbal reasoning answers came back relatively quickly, Contacted a few days later for a face to face interview roughly 3 weeks altogether

Interview
It was an online interview where you had to record your responses to questions you were asked. Some questions were hard to answer on the spot I.e a time when you had to say no to something you thought was unfair . There's no option to change your answer which isn't great for nervous interviewees that messed up the first time. I didn't feel like I got to show my full potential. The questions related more to past experience than the role you were applying for.
