Block Customer Support Representative interview questions

More or less the same as everyone else has stated. I started with a skills test, then a phone screening with two people. About a week later I was contacted about an in-office interview where I spoke to five employees. Another week after that I was contacted about a phone interview with their head of support. After that interview, radio silence. I emailed the recruiter after two weeks, and didn't hear back for another week. At this point, the recruiter said she'd call me, then forgot to do so at the time we'd decided on and I had to call her. She said they were still making a decision, but I found out that I didn't get the job by logging into their application management system about a week later. No one ever emailed or called me, after I'd spoken to 8 separate people at the company. Frankly, I found it very unprofessional.

I was emailed by an account coordinator and had my first interview at the end of March. I was asked to submit a writing sample (these were sample customer emails meant to evaluate my ability to use their knowledge base). Had a telephone interview with a team member in SF, and then an in-person interview in their offices in New York. Was called at the end of April by Beth, who let me know that I was the second runner up for the role, and asking if she could call me when they started hiring again. Called me back a month later.
