Made it to the final round. the first round was just "get to know" interview with the hirng manager. the second round was seven 30-45min interviews with senior engineers and other engineers in the team. I guess I didn't make it at the end, but both the hiring manager and the recruiter ghosted me. No "thank you for applying, but..." email or no response to my thank-you email. Very unprofessional. The interviews were alright. The senior engineers (with decades of experience) asked tough technical questions. They were polite and humble. I honestly liked the interviews with them. Interviews with the younger engineers were meh. Very unclear on what they are asking. They tend to use a lot of field-specific lingos. As someone coming from unusual background, this was tough. One of them didnt even ask anything work related. They just talked about random things about my other job interviews and their siblings. I was really confused. I'm sure not every hiring people arent like this at Bose, but this experience was so unprofessional in many areas.
