Box Customer Success Manager interview questions

First there was a video interview where you log in and record your answers to several questions. Then about a week later was a quick 20 minute phone screening with a recruiter. The recruiter set up a phone interview with a customer success team lead. The phone interview with the team lead lasted about 30 minutes and was the customary background and experience interview. A recruiter then set up a phone interview with the hiring manager a week later. The interview with the hiring manager lasted about 30 minutes and was more of an assessment of fit. Then the recruiter set up an onsite interview with several members of the team including a demo. The onsite lasted about 3 hours and the questions ranged from experience to fit. Pretty standard and not a lot of curveballs. It was a pleasant experience.

I was contacted by a recruiter mentioning how much they liked my experiences and they wanted to set-up a screening. This was not your typical screening. You were going to be asked 4 pre-recorded questions and have a limited amount of time to answer, all while being recorded. The correspondence was very pleasant and seemed like they knew this wasn't a "typical" screening. You were given the opportunity to answer a practice question to test out the video and sound. They asked 4 questions, gave you 30 seconds to think about the question, and then 1 minute to answer the question. It was pretty distracting watching the clock countdown.
