Before the interview, there was a 3 hour coding test and 3 hour personality test. The coding test was pretty easy. The personality test was just time-consuming.
The night before the interview, there was supposed to be a dinner, but the location where it was held did not exist. The dinner ended up being in a nearby location, but it took me fifteen minutes to find it, and I arrived five minutes earlier than all the other candidates. The dinner's organizer flatly refused to admit that he sent us the wrong location.
For some reason, the dinner ended up being held in the waiting area of the restaurant the whole time and was attended by the next day's interviewers themselves. One of the interviewers obsessed over personality assessments.
The actual interview was fairly simple. One design question and a bunch of questions about why my current lab works the way it does and why it has a particular name.
