Carahsoft interview questions

I sent in my resume and got a call from their offsite HR rep the next day to set up an interview time. The first weird thing was that she had me call her, whereas most interviewers call you. When I called at the appointed time, I got her voicemail. I waited 15 minutes and called again. She asked what I'd done since graduation, and her second question was what my salary expectations were. I said I wanted to talk more about the company and position first. When I asked her what a typical day would look like for a coordinator, she said she had no idea, but I could ask someone who worked there any questions in the next round of interviews, but in the meantime, please fill out an application form and include a recent photo of yourself, as well as car make/model. What? I didn't follow-up. The next week I got a call again and she asked to set up a time to interview.Then she remembered that she'd already interviewed me.
