I found this job on LinkedIn though a company that recruits for them, Key Staffing Solutions. About 20 minutes after I applied online, the lady from Key Staffing Solutions called me and gave me some more information about the position. We set up a time to meet (2 days later) and I had a very informal interview with her at a Starbucks. At this interview she just wanted to know more about me: why I chose my major? why I chose my college? what did I learn from positions i've held in the past?
She contacted me the day after the interview and said that Carahsoft was intereseted in me and they wanted to schedule a phone interview. My phone interview was scheduled for a couple days later. The afternoon of my phone interview, they contacted me saying they wanted to do a face-to-face interview the next day!
During the face to face interview I met with 5 different employees. All of which were very easy to get along with. The interviews asked a lot about how you work in teams, what your strengths and weaknesses are, bad situations you have had with a manager, bad situations you have had with teams, etc. Mainly typical interview questions, nothing too hard.
They got back to me the next day saying they wanted to set up a phone interview with the VP who lives in California as the last step in the process. I have yet to have the phone interview, so i am not sure how this interview will be laid out.
I absolutely loved everyone I spoke to so far! Very quick and easy process. Overall it seems like a great place to work!
