I applied, and a week later I was called for an interview. The hiring manager was very down to earth and friendly. I arrived 5 minutes early and didn't start the interview until the scheduled time.

Interview
It was quite simple, and laid back. All the general usual questions. It turned out that I was being interviewed for the Assistant Manager position so that they could groom me for that while I trained through.

What would you do in this type of situation should a customer do blank? How have you handled bad customer interactions in the past?
I was called within a few days and told I would hear back soon. I did not receive a callback but do plan to follow up. One way to improve would be to call back employees with more info, or don't offer to call back.
